The Crypto Tower is the first building in the world to be entirely built using a smart contract. The tower comprises of 150,000 square feet of leasable space and is devoted to establishing a community-owned ecosystem. Each square foot is equal to one NFT. When you own several NFTs, you also own an equal amount of square feet within the tower. Therefore, an NFT represents a proportional share of the quarterly revenues of the building and offers the NFT owner the chance to take part in the DAO.
A square foot in the Crypto Tower is counted the same whether it's in a restaurant or a penthouse. The profit is distributed equally amongst everyone.
